How do I register for the Kids VIP program?

How Do I Sign Up for a Specific Saturday Night?
Call the Center, by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday of the week you want to use it.
What are the Fees?
Each night of the program you sign up for is $8 per hour for the initial child and $2 per hour per sibling with a four-hour minimum. If you sign up after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, there is an additional $10 late fee.
When do I pay for Kids VIP?
When you return at the end of the night.
What do you serve for dinner and snack?
Dinner is a pizza party for $4. The snack is usually pretzels, crackers, or similar, and juice for an additional $1 per child. You may also bring your own snack.
What is the adult to child ratio?
6 to 1
What type of training does the staff have?
All staff at the Center for Creative Play have child abuse and criminal clearances and training in child development and play theory.
What safety procedures do you have in place?
We will ask you for an ID when you arrive and again when you come to pick up your child(ren). Only the adult that showed the ID, will be allowed to pick up your child(ren). The doors to the Center are locked by 7pm and only unlocked when a parent arrives to pick up their child(ren).
What do the children do during the time at Kids VIPTM?
Children participate in free-play time as well as structured activities. Varying per week, the kids might have special art, music or game time. At nine o'clock the children move into our movie room to watch a fun G-rated movie and have a small snack! Children may also bring pajamas to change into before movie time.
Can children with special needs participate?
Of course. Kids VIP, like all CFCP programming is inclusive. However, this is not a program that can provide children with 1:1 care. If your child needs close supervision, 1:1 care, or medical intervention, we suggest you utilize Our Time for your respite care needs.
