Sensory Room
The Sensory Room is a small environment in which calming activities and experiences are used to support behaviors of individuals with sensory and/or neurological impairments. These rooms have been shown to enhance coordination, communication and language development, sensory development and relaxation. All of these skills can help a child engage in successful play experiences in the larger play environment. It's a neat room that all children enjoy exploring during visits to the Center.
